Chris 'Mad Dog' Russo got into the Baltimore Riots with a caller yesterday. Russo's take:

Thugs are thugs.

President Obama has been disappointing.

How can you expect a black mom to raise 6 kids by herself with no daddy?

Toya Graham? Why did she have to intervene? Where was the father?

Blacks riot because they don't have fathers around. Whites are serial killers because they have a screw loose.
