Last year the Twitter handle '@FernandoTatis17' was confirmed to be a fake. There's a 2nd one, @FTatis23, purported to be that of ex MLBer Fernando Tatis. Real or fake, the point of this tweet aimed at Kate Upton & her Detroit Tigers right-hander boyfriend Justin Verlander is the zinger of the week:
