Great news for Fox! Magnanimous Mike Francesa on Tuesday said that he sorta, kinda understands Fox Sports 1’s decision to preempt his show, Thursday and Friday, to show the nation the U.S. Open.
Francesa said that given the times FS1 has preempted his show for programming that no one watches, he can live with this one.
Minutes earlier, Francesa said he has noticed a warmer, friendlier Tiger Woods since his game has entered the cut-line zone. Francesa said that for better or worse, he likes this kind of public Woods better than the rude, condescending one. Yeah, Mike Francesa said that!
