“I’m extremely, extremely disappointed in what’s happened,” manager Terry Collins said after the game. “This team’s had enough bad breaks and bad luck this year to last a long time. This is just another situation that the guys in the locker room are almost numb to problems now. They’re disappointed, but we’ll move forward.”
Except there is no bad break or luck involved. Jenrry Mejia is another dumb, piece of garbage, only care about themselves NY ahole.
“It is disappointing. But we’ve spent 80 games without him,” Daniel Murphy said. “So we’ve spent the majority of the season without him. We got to see Jeurys Familia grow right in front of our eyes. … We’ll keep plugging along. We’ll keep going forward.”
