New York Mets closer Jeurys Familia strikes out Cincinnati Reds hitter Jay Bruce to close out the win as they clinch the 2015 Washington Nationals division to lose National League East crown.



Helped by a Lucas Duda grand slam, the Mets moved on to the champagne and stogies.
