Cedar Hill, TX -- TC-Cedar Hill's Tavione Carter just returned an interception 108 yards that began with a spin move in the back of the end zone this weekend.

Oh, and he's a 6-2, 235-pound linebacker...


When's the last time you saw anything like that? Well, not often because it is nice to watch, not smart to do.

"Everybody was saying, 'Go down,' but me being the person I am, I'm sort of cocky. So I wanted to go down, but I also wanted to make a statement, because a few plays before I had fumbled on an interception. So I was thinking I needed to leave my mark. What better way to do it than with a 108-yard touchdown?"

TCF downed McKinney Christian 42-8.

Carter was named Dallas Morning News Defensive Player of the Week to boot.
