We've written over the past 2 months of CBS run DFS advertising, "@ftc Joe Benigno on WFAN in NY, ad for @draftkings: "Win 2 million dollars. Pick your team, pick your players, pick up the winnings." Adding, "Sounds A LOT like trailer trash Joe Benigno PROMISES a win in the @DraftKings ad for the $2MM contest. No @ftc?"
So much so that Benigno, illegally, has now stated of DraftKings, "...You know I am illiterate basically with this stuff, I want nothing to do with it."
