Anonymous: Hacker Collective Reportedly Declares War on Islamic State Group After Paris Attacks
News outlets reported a video was posted to YouTube showing a spokesperson saying in French to the Islamic State Group, "Expect massive cyber attacks. War is declared. Get prepared."
