Paul Walker: Porsche Says Actor's 2013 Death Was His Own 'Comparative Fault'

Walker "knowingly and voluntarily assumed all risk, perils and danger" of driving the 605 horsepower 2005 Carrera GT he died in, Porsche responded to daughter Meadow Walker's lawsuit, multiple outlets report.

She claims the cars design is defective. Porsche says Walkers Carrera 2005 was "misused & improperly maintained."

The 2005 GT was going "between 80 and 93 mph at the time the car impacted a power pole and several trees," the final police report read. Kristine Rodas, widow of Roger Rodas also killed in the crash, tried to claim a 55 MPH speed in, of course, her lawsuit.
