Spies saw King James at new Rockwell nightclub in South Beach for its Up&Down x 1Oak pop-up during Art Basel. Then, on Sunday, James was spotted with friends at Soho Beach House, where he seemed uninterested in dealing with Miami fans.
“He had security watching his table from behind,” said a spy. “Any time someone would start to photograph him with their phone, security would go over and talk to them.”
Mara Siegler adds:
Meanwhile, we’re told that — despite signing a lifetime endorsement deal with Nike this week — LeBron split the bill with pals at his table.
“He paid for the whole bill with his card, but everyone gave him cash,” said a less-loaded spy, joking, “Just like I do with my friends.”
