FAIL: Craig Carton learns his 'deGrom wouldn't sign his contract' news was an old report

Is that an old report or a new report? Noah Syndergaard said Saturday that he “didn’t agree with” the $605,500 contract the Mets renewed with him on Friday...so he ceremoniously refused to sign it.

Jacob deGrom signed a $4,050,000 one year contract for 2017. That followed his non signed 2016 contract for $607,000.

Craig Carton? He reported deGrom as the Mets long haired pitcher not signing things this year...

And then, finally, he found out that that was an old report.



Boy, great job out of executive call screener Al Dukes to cut the erroneous report short and get the correct info to his talent.
