Craig Carton's attorney seeks second delay of already delayed sentencing

Craig Carton's February 27th sentencing date has been pushed back to Friday March 15th. Michael Wright, of Upper Saddle River, New Jersey, has his sentencing date now set for Thursday March 7th.

Carton's attorney Derrelle Janey has asked the judge to push it back until April 5th as they await a psychological report.

"The report is requiring more time to be completed than anticipated," Janey wrote. "Once completed we will then need time to incorporate the report into the sentencing submission for this court."

Recently, Phil Mushnick advocated leniency for Craig Carton.
