Maurizio Sarri says that his confrontation with Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa was due to a 'simple misunderstanding' about his injury. Kepa refused to leave the pitch when Sarri attempted to substitute him, leading to the Chelsea manager throwing a water bottle and walking down the tunnel.
