Don't Agree with WFAN's Kim Jones on Everything? You sir, Are a Moron

Caller to WFAN this morning with Sid Rosenberg and Kim Jones had 2 points. He said many other ballplayers would have had the 3000 hits that Derek Jeter is about to get if they had played in his era - because pitching is watered down these days - so take his milestone with a grain of salt. He then expressed surprise that ABC would show the video of Shannon Stone's tragic fall.

Jones hung up on him and said, "Your first point? Attaching the grain of salt tag to Jeter's or anyone reaching 3000 hits for that matter? You are a moron." Kim then went on to agree with the caller about Stone's video. (Sid set her straight with reminders that we've seen people falling from two large towers thousands of times.)

Here's the Dictionary.com definition of moron: "Psychology . a person of borderline intelligence in a former classification of mental retardation, having an intelligence quotient of 50 to 69."

Anyone who has listened to NY sports radio for more than an hour knows these people exist. Question is - what does it make the host when they call them a moron and then agree with a point they've made?
