Brutal: Russian Dies Attempting to Bench Press 400 LBS
34-year-old Russian powerlifter Igor Golushkin was attempting to bench press just over 400 pounds when he dropped the bar. His spotters weren't close enough and the weight crushed his chest - injuring his heart. He later died.
