Here's the technique for the caplets (capsules require 2x the dose): Take 3 caplets with your first meal. If it is breakfast, make sure you eat a substantial one. WF contains zinc and, for us, we have seen stomach upset when taken with something light like cereal. Continue with 3 caplets with every meal until you've taken 12 caplets.
After 4 doses you'll know if it worked or not. If it feels like it is working but isn't quite knocked out yet - continue with meals until it is 100% wiped out.
Source says you can, during 'imbalance,' take 6 capsules every three hours.
Closest to the cure for the common cold we've seen since Cold-Eeze hit the market.
