Johns Hopkins LAX player John Ranagan broke an opponent's long stick with his shoulder

6'3", 220 pound senior Johns Hopkins midfielder John Ranagan took on forechecking Loyola opponent (6', 175) Zach Herreweyers (Freshman) by lowering his shoulder and driving through it -- smashing his crosse in the process.

Loyola, however, went on to the win, 8-4 and Herreweyers tweeted:
