[Video] Disturbed man tackled in pool of blood outside 'Today' show after cutting up his wrists

As first pointed out to the Blitz by World of Isaac, a disturbed man stabbed himself in the wrist while ranting about the IRS. He was immediately tackled. He was so bloody that police used their feet to restrain the man while waiting for medical personnel to arrive.

The NYDN reports (and has more pictures) "Someone wrestled the blade from Mar before he pulled out a second knife and started cutting away at his other wrist. NYPD cops and plaza security guards rushed towards the man with pepper-spray and tackled him, sending him sprawling."
