Boomer Esiason: Don't sign troublemaker Jameis Winston with high pick, defensive coach, lots of $$

Boomer Esiason on drafting perpetually problematic FSU quarterback Jameis Winston: "If I had to draft him top 5? No way. But given all the problems that he has created for Florida State and all the issues that are surrounding this young man...the last thing that I want to bring to my football team is another distraction that is not going to pan out."

So who could possibly coach the troublemaker? Bruce Arians, says Esiason. Adding, "If you put him [Jameis] in a city where there is a lame duck head coach or with a defensive oriented coach, I think you're asking for problems. So if it were me, I'm not taking him with a high pick, but I would take a flyer on him if I didn't have to invest that much money in him."

With a low pick and a great coach who needs a QB?
